Terms and Conditions for the transparent account: 2401065218/2010
Supratech opened this transparent account (link: IBAN: CZ6620100000002401065218, BIC: FIOBCZPPXXX) in order to eliminate the generally accepted myth of electrodynamics (sub-field of physics), in particular the assertion that there may be functional direct current electric machines independent of brushes and non-homogeneous fields. This myth generates mistakes made not only by the Industrial Property Office of the Czech Republic, but also by other foreign patent offices. Eight years of research carried out by our team in Supratech led us to believe that none of such machines can actually work. That is the reason why we opened a transparent account so that we could pay the entire amount available to the person who demonstrates us such a functional machine in reality. It is the first specific attempt of Supratech to draw attention to the fact that academic theory is not properly interlinked with practice.
The definition of the direct current electric generator or motor used as machines that are independent of brushes and non-homogeneous fields is as follows:
The definition of the generator (“Pure Homopolar Generator”, hereinafter referred to as the “PHG”) is:
"A generator that does not need brushes or electronics or a semi-conductor for creating direct current."
The definition of the motor (“Pure Homopolar Motor”, hereinafter referred to as the “PHM”) is:
"A motor that does not need brushes or electronics or a semi-conductor to be spun by an external source of direct current."
Brush definition:
The brush is solid, liquid or gaseous (plasma) contact conductor (medium) that ensures electric supply of the rotor (motor-generator) by friction, rolling,or flowing around.
Examples of patents that describe such machines, although they are not used in practice, despite their declared advantages: Czech invention application PV 2011-293, US patent US5977684(A), Austrian patent AU5801890(A), US patent US5144179(A), German patent DE102012022152(A1), Chinese patent CN1671030(A) and surely there will be others. In mention other examples in the section with supplementary information and notes below. In some cases these patents may be presented de iure.
The transparent account has been opened for a definite period of time: until the end of 2020. This transparent account will be closed as of the first working day following 30/06 2021. Any person (natural person or legal entity) can deposit any amount multiple times between CZK 1 and CZK 1 million. Amounts exceeding CZK 100 will be recorded in accounting as a liability to be paid back. Amounts not exceeding CZK 100 will be recorded as donation for Supratech s.r.o. If no reward is paid (providing no such a functional machine is found) and you wish that the sum you sent remains the property of Supratech s.r.o., you need to inform our company by sending an e-mail to: supratech@email.cz or a text message to: +420 601542504. Anyone may ask their sums to be returned before the end of 2020. All payments that will be returned will be increased by an interest rate of 0.5%. Interests will be sent to the transparent account after 2020 by Supratech. Supratech reserves the right to increase the interest rate for previous deposits in arrears and decrease or cancel it for future deposits. Interest rates only apply to the amounts that are to be returned to their original owners. We ask foreign depositors to this transparent account to place the amount either in CZK or, if they wish to place the deposit in another currency, to provide and amount higher that the transaction costs. The transaction costs amount to an equivalent of USD 16. In case of deposit refund, the amount refunded shall be decreased by these transaction costs for foreign depositors.
Every person who sends an amount to this transparent account is considered to be a person who wants to express their defiance to academic infallibility, while expressing their trust in a small private company of Supratech that wants to draw attention to mistakes made by academic community, mainly due to low interconnection with everyday expert practice. Supratech believes that none of the people transferring money risk that their money could be paid to anybody, which is the only way how the depositors could lose their money.
Conditions for reimbursing the money or paying the sum from the transparent account:
a) The purpose of this transparent account is to pay the total sum assembled to the first person who demonstrates an actual functional machine (PHG/PHM) as defined above, or a machine constructed as defined in any of the patents granted by 2020 at the latest. In order to increase publicity and reach of our public call to expert public, it is desirable that the initial sum of CZK 100,000 is continually increased by further contributions.
b) If no person meets the condition of presenting a functional machine (PHG/PHM) as defined above, and thus the total sum available on the transparent amount will not be paid to anybody by 31/12 2020, the relevant sums will be transparently returned to the depositors´ accounts or sent by postal order to depositors´ addresses. The reimbursement will take place before the account is finally closed down and cancelled.
c) If the payment is transferred by a postal order or paid in cash, or the depositor´s account has been cancelled while no depositor´s address has been provided, the sum transferred will remain on the banking account until 30 June 2021. After this date such a payment will be transferred to the ownership of Supratech with no conditions limiting it use.
d) If there is a person who demonstrates (in reality, not only in theory) a device that is functional within the meaning of the PHG/PHM definition above using a borrowed, purchased or self-made model, such a person is entitled to have the entire available sum paid from this transparent account, no interests shall apply. Such a person will also be entitled to have other costs incurred directly in connection with borrowing, purchasing or making such a device reimbursed, up to CZK 200,000 – Supratech s.r.o. is exclusively liable for reimbursing these costs. The available account balance is a sum calculated by deducting from the total balance the minimum amount that needs to remain on the account so that it could continue to be opened under the terms and conditions of FIO banka a.s.
In order to increase credibility of Supratech, the equity of the company currently amounts to CZK 200,000, its owners hereby announce the following statement: The owners of Supratech s.r.o. guarantee with their personal assets amounting up to CZK 500,000 that the conditions stipulated herein will be met. The validity of this statement is conditioned by the presumption that insurance mechanisms of the government concerning bank deposits don´t fail.
The depositor transferring money to the transparent account waives the right to be notified about any changes to the terms and conditions providing these changes will result in an increased guarantee (towards the depositor) of meeting the above defined conditions. Possible changes will concern in particular the refinement of the wording of these terms and the possibility of shortening the time when this remuneration will still be offered. The reward can also be called a grant. The basic meaning of these condition cannot be changed.
Additional notes and information:
Until now, this remuneration has not been used by the following persons/institutions: the Department of Electric Drives and Traction FEE CTU, Prague – the remuneration has been offered since mid-2016; a lecturer of electrodynamics at the Faculty of Science of Palacký University, Olomouc – offer was made in November 2016. We informed the ASCR and provided specific information, including on this grant - March 2019.
The Industrial Property Office of the Czech Republic was informed that PV 2011-293 doesn´t work at the end of 2013.

The existence of ether was later questioned by e.g. Michelson-Morley experiment and disproved by relativity postulates after 1905.
